1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship the item back to us at “1250-2C, Parasakthi Nagar, Devanthiran House Street, Virudhunagar – 626 001”. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and Credited within 5-7 days to Your Original Payment Method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
